Awful company! I wanted to buy some wood for shelving and came across there advert on facebook for damaged and slight second worktops from £10 now I wasnt expecting it to look nice for that money but when I asked to see them he said they were only off cuts at 6 inches long on the advert pictures of full length worktops are shown not off cuts this is very misleading why couldn't you describe this in your advert so I wouldn't have had a wasted journey. Don't bother buying anything from this place!

Recently bought a shower steam spa its a great product, I purchased the product from sales person called sharon she was very knowledgeable about the product and was very easy to deal with at all times and delivered a fantastic customer service throughout our conversation and acted in a professional manner. The product was delivered to me within 2 days as promised by sharon. Once fitted everything was in full working order and looks fantastic

Bought a steam shower and waterfall bath with all the bells and whistles on it and both no longer work. I thought I was getting a bargain but I guess you get what you pay for. Their products are sub standard and their customer after care non existent. Sent emails and followed up with phone calls to their service desk to try and get them fixed, and despite promises remain ignored several weeks later. A truly shocking company -  avoid them and go to a reputable company

Worst company ive ever dealt with. Purchased a product and a week later phoned to check progress of delivery. Told they may have it in, in two months or soeh but wasn't notified at all at time about lack of stock. Then treated abysmally, when trying to get a refund taking weeks and phone call after phone call chasing this up and being told lies. Eventually had to report them to Paypalfor the refund when the money should've been refunded straight to the card. Absolutely shocking. Stay well clear of this shower. Customer service, what a joke.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to purchase from. Product is unfit for purpose. Would not accept their legal responsibilities. I would have started a Moneyclaim action to recover my money but my customer would have suffered so had to spend extra money to make it usable.

Be very careful of dealing with this company who provide the worst customer service - they have fobbed me off over the past 3 months about processing a £100 refund that they agreed to following return of goods.  They trade under several names.  Be aware in buying Aquaplus baths as if you need parts these are the only people that seem to provide them and they are wholly untrustworthy.

Has to be the worst after sales service from any retailer I've ever dealt with...... Brand new £800 steam shower with broken steam generator. You'd think given that they sent me a broken shower the least they'd do is offer to have it fixed...!!! Not this lot, they will send me a new generator and expect me to pay to have it fitted. Thank you very much Burnley Plumbing Supplies your customer care is second to none, take my cash and basically tell me to f**k off, this is after the guy who sold it to me on the phone saying they had UK based parts and labour for repairs!!!! Worst company in the UK

I had the worst after sales experience ever. Trying to get a refund for a returned damaged item took massive perseverance and patience. It was impossible ever to speak to a supervisor, and the sales team just asked for the same information every time. If there is anything wrong with the stuff you buy from this company, you are in trouble.

Absolutely faultless customer service especially Lynsey she is one in a million. No matter how many times you call she is always happy to help. Will 100% recommend to anyone wanted to buy from there.
