Got 2 tickets for The Nutcracker,it was an absolutely amazing show.Mechanics theatre and bar has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was my own fault but I did want to eat in the bistro after the show but never thought to check and it was closed much to my disappointment so next time I’ll remember to eat before the show.
Every year my daughter has her dance show with Sanderson's dance school here and they are always very organised and the seats are tiered well so that majority of people have a great view. Saw Peter Pan also on Saturday and that was fantastic, and at a great price too
I took my two grandsons to see Peter Pan and it was amazing. For a local production, it was definitely not amateur. Jokes were funny, costumes brilliant especially the Dame. Very inclusive and loved the signing they included. Big shout out to the prop designers and the 80 year old costume lady
Annie the musical was amazing. Brilliant acting, singing and sets.nOur 10 year old grandson said it was the best day of his lifenWe had a meal at the 1855 bistro, which was nice.
My husband and I came to see Peter Pan, and it was brilliant. The local theatre companies always provide an excellent show. The theatre size makes for a lovely, cosy show, and the staff, as usual, are warm and friendly. Well done
