Burnley Train Station is small but serves its purpose well. The platforms are clean with easy-to-read signs, making it simple to get around. Facilities are basic but adequate, and there is good access for disabled passengers. Trains run regularly to places like Preston and Blackpool
We have had the best experience with one of the nicest people we've ever met on Friday 09/08. Jim...helpful, caring and deserves a medal. He helped us poor southerners out and put us on the right track. Thanks to you Jim we have arrived home safely...
