We are proud to hold the Green Tourism Silver award and also be Cittaslow Perth supporters.

We provide an extensive breakfast menu, using the finest local, seasonal produce wherever possible, and including home made bread and preserves. Dinners, following the same criteria can be provided on request, if pre ordered.

Cleanliness fantastic. Room very comfortable and well equipped including some lovely biscuits. Breakfast as per your requested items cooked perfectly. Great advice on walks and places to eat and drink. The views of the sea from the room are lovely but the location means you need to accept that it is on the hill. Would highly recommend and will return.
We were very pleased to have chosen Burbank to stay at for our trip to Mull, as I don't think it could have been improved upon at all. John was the perfect host and couldn't do enough to help us out during our stay. He also cooked wonderful breakfasts, which we're greatly missing now we're back home. The room was large and spotlessly cleaned, the bed comfy and there was a beautiful view. In fact, when we were talking to a local lady and told her where we were staying for the week, she replied that Burbank is the bed and breakfast she recommends her visiting friends to stay at. I'm not surprised it gets recommended. Rooms: The room was spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. Walkability: A short walking distance to town, but the town is on a hill so be aware of this if you have any mobility issues. Food & drinks: A large tasty breakfast and plenty of coffee or choices of tea.
My husband and I stayed out this wonderful B&B for two nights. John the proprietor contacted us before our stay regarding any dietary requirements and safe passage to Mull. John couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area as well as cooking a superb breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated with an extremely comfortable bed. The en suite is spacious with a great shower and is also decorated to a very high standard. I can not fault this B&B and will most certainly recommend it if you are planning on staying in Tobermory. Thanks John for making our first visit to Tobermory extra special.
We had a fantastic stay at the Burbank Bnb. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was exactly the fuel we needed for the day ahead. Stayed 2 nights in tobermory and the stay at Burnbank made the trip even more of a treat. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Very accommodating and quick responses to emails. The room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing view of the town. Walking distance to all amenities and scenic views. Would recommend to anyone visiting!Rooms: 5/5
John and Robert are excellent hosts who run one of the best BnB's I've ever stayed at. It only has two guest rooms so you know you're going to get looked after by John and Robert. They are both very kind and helpful, providing all recommendations from food to walks to pubs. John also cooks a mean 'Full Scottish Breakfast' if that's what you like, other options available. They also have a lovely dog who is very friendly. I would recommend staying here when visiting Mull to get the best experience!
First time visit to Mull and Tobermory, BURNBANK was a fantastic BnB the location was very central, the room was to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Burnbank B&B is the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at, and I travel often. The rooms are spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect right next to town. John the owner is a delight! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Breakfast was fresh cooked, made to order and delicious. John even got special gluten free sausages from Garth the farmer and changed the oil he used in his cooking for me. I felt comfortable, cozy and well looked after. I would recommend booking directly through his website for a more personalized experience from beginning to end. You won’t regret it!
