Just first stepping into the reception area, we were greeted by a warm fireplace! The energy of the place is amazing! Very polite, warm and Well coming staff ( that includes the room cleaners!!) Very delicious meals and the hotel is set in gorgeous grounds. Our only regret was that we stayed for one night only

We decided to hold our wedding at Burley and only had about 4 months to hold the requisite meetings and plan everything. The wedding planner Gina was absolutely fantastic on that front and remembered all of our little details e.g. No cucumber in anything. We decided to opt for the exclusive use package and it was lovely having the run of the place to ourselves & see everyone again for breakfast the next morning. By the time my hair and makeup was finished at 12 the place was empty and ready to go. The bridal suite was gorgeous and I had so many compliments on how our guest's rooms were (I heard a couple people say they'd had the best shower of their life at Burley!). Dinner was lovely- we went for a fillet of beef as the main which was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Service was impeccable throughout the evening- you basically never ever needed to approach the staff as they were keeping an eye and would come up to you as soon as it appeared that you needed something. I would also like to say a special thank you to Alina, the coordinator. She was so on the ball and kept the evening flowing along nicely. Overall we would recommend Burley to anyone- you did a brilliant job guys. Mr & Mrs Beaumont

My daughter booked the barn at Burley Manor for her wedding. Wow what a fantastic venue. The staff are so helpful and the service for the meal and drinks was spot on. After the wedding we were booked into the garden room. Again it was fantastic with the room being well equiped. I can not praise them highly enough for making you feel that nothing is too much trouble.

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The friendly, attentive staff, the spacious and welcoming Garden Suite with its queen sized bed, the food that we just so enjoyed, with its array of flavours, ingredients and skill in preparation and presentation. We certainly will be coming back.

Charging £20 for a 1pm check in. Never had this before - a real problem as attending a wedding at 3pm with three of us needing to get ready. We also booked all of the rooms for this wedding - our room alone cost £226 for one night. Come on thats not offering the service I would expect from this hotel. I would happily pay if this £20 went to the cleaner.
