Calder security just completed some security work for me. Can't fault their service, which was outstanding from start to finish. Graham gave me great advice and Steve completed installation in a precise and professional manner. Would recommend without hesitation.
Professional service ,good alarm system installed, had some technical issues, resolved quickly by Simon, would definitely recommend.
Had Calder come out and install a CCTV system for my house and the service was excellent from start to finish. The install lads were really friendly and cleaned up after themselves and even though Im not technically minded they helped me through the set up on my phone to view my cctv on the app. I would highly recommend Calder Security and will be using them again.
Fantastic service. The team were extremely helpful on the phone prior to the visit. The engineer who visited Luke was professional, prompt and took the time to go through everything. Even the cat liked him! I will certainly be recommending this company in the future.
Arrived bang on time, worked quickly and carefully to remove an old alarm panel and deactivate. Polite, well presented and well-mannered. The engineer was a credit to your company, and the whole process from initial query to completion was a doddle. If only more local contractors were as focussed. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars.
Very impressed with their services. I've used them for a home alarm service, and a car key replacement, and couldn't be happier. Very competitive prices too!
We had Calder Security fit CCTV cameras to our house, Andy, the engineer was first class, realy professional and very polite, he explained how the system worked in 'layman' terms for us so we could understand. We had to call back for an adjustment on one of the cameras and they came out really quickly,. Could not recommend highly enough, first class service. Thank you all.
Calder Security is very organised, well priced and very quick at making sure they fit in with what the customer wants. Every year they phone me up about a month before, to remind me that our alarm is due for a service. I would particularly like to say a big thank you to the engineer, Chris Lavell, who I know is very knowledgeable and patiently explains how the alarm works and will explain more than once in terms that you understand. If you want efficiency and knowledge, I would not hesitate to recommend Calder Security. Their knowledge and service is second to none.
Security alarm annual service. Efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Chris, Office Manager demonstrated fantastic customer service skills very well organised and amiable when booking our appointment. Luke, engineer followed all covid measures to keep us safe and carried out the work proficiently. I would highly recommend this company.
Requested a quote for a CCTV and monitored alarm system for my small business. Quote received the same day and work don’t the following week. The engineers were both polite and efficient, they wore shoe covers and even vacuumed up any mess with their own hoover! Extremely professional and great quality cameras, very pleased with the service and the quality. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you.
