A very disappointing meal, the burger was far from a gourmet burger experience, the bottom of the bun was soggy which made it sickly to eat. I complained about this but was told that the buns are fresh and that it was the lettuce making it soggy, not experienced that before anywhere! The loaded fries were essentially fries with a burger patty smashed up and thrown on top with a bit of garnish, highlight of that was the cheese sauce. Won't be visiting again.
The best gourmet burger in London! Some have compared it to shake shack but I’d say it’s way above that. The chilli cheese fries are crispy and full of flavour! The burgers we ordered were juicy and tasty. The staff is very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
Food is on a bit expensive side. 6/10 Portion side is really good 9/10 They often have different deals on. 10/10 Staff was not very friendly. 2/10 I really enjoyed my order. Taste 8/10 Overall good place to visit if you’re looking to try something new.
Location: no parking and busy road Venue: contemporary and small Atmosphere: relatively quiet on a friday evening. Service: order and pay at till. Buzzer system to collect food. Timing: food was ready within 10 minutes Food - taste/quality: Ordered a Portobello burger, mexicali, chicken burger, quesadilla,buffalo wings and fries. Burger was overcooked which made it very dry, flavour was ok. Buffalo wings was terrible. Price: standard gourmet burger price with unlimited refils on drinks. Overall was not satisfied. Will not be visiting again.
The food is halal at Siirgista Bro , The best gourmet burger in London loved it . The fries are crispy full of flavour and good. The burger I ordered were juicy and tasty. The staff is very friendly and polite. I would highly anyone recommend this place.
Amazing Burgers. We had a very light breakfast and got here for about 2pm. Portions are very big so if there's two of you, one of you get a meal and the other just a burger it'll be enough I'm telling you from personal experience! We ordered two mexicali meals with Ferrero milkshakes and the food was on point. They have gone to great lengths to capture the target market and it shows in the fixtures and fittings in the place. They do have chilli sauce on offer, so if you'd like some you have to ask for it. Ferrero Milkshake tasted amazing but if I have anything to say it's that it's a lot of Ferrero. Just tastes like a high concentration of chocolate. Well done to the team at Burgista for a top quality burger. They have two other stores, one in Picadilly and the other on Baker St. We went to the one in Shepherds Bush whilst going to the Westfield there.
Burgers were large and tasted amazing, appropriate for it's price. Laid back ambience. Was a bit confused whether it was table service or not until staff members realised and helped us.
We've been here two times in two days, so speaks for itself : Burger and chips were very good. Soft Drinks were for refill. Sadly the Halumi Burger is not available anymore, so vegetarian burger for my girlfriend and BBQ burger for me ;-
It was good but burger needed more seasoning and it's a tad expensive even for a gourmet burger. Decent seating area but the table tops needed a proper wipe down. Service is quite fair to poor.
Excellent burgers - recommend the chicken one. Fries and dark chocolate milkshake are decent too. Service is a simple counter experience where you pay and collect when your remote device vibrates, a bit like Shake Shack. Person behind the till was smiley and efficient. Would recommend as an alternative to the big chains within Westfield.
