I am absolutely disgusted by this branch. I placed an order for £20 worth of food last week. My food wasn’t delivered so after nearly 2 hours, I phoned to be told that they hadn’t received my order because I placed it with burger kings own website and not Just Eat or Hungy House (bearing in mind, I have placed plenty of orders before using the same process and all was fine). I paid online, got my confirmation email and the money was taken from my account. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude, saying there’s nothing she can do. But she wouldn’t do anything would she after taking money from a customer? 1 week later, I’ve still not received any form of refund. If this is how you treat your customers after 15 years of eating here, I am truly disgusted and disappointed. You have lost yet another loyal customer. This place will be shut down soon if you carry on treating your customers with this much disrespect.

If you have plenty of time and not looking for fast food you come to the perfect place. Took over 1 hour for our food. Terrible done even deserve 1 star

After waiting 45 minutes in the drive through I got to the window to be told that they were 2 staff manners short. 2 staff short that equates to only 1 window being open and still a 15 minute wait from placing the order to getting the food?!? Honestly a massive joke. Better off going to McDonald’s next door to them

I enjoy Burger King, but this place is small. Some if the menu meals and drinks were unavailable. Order was messed up, but on the up side they sorted it out quickly. Food was average

Terrible avoid this place I waited 1hour in the drive thru and not even an apology or explanation! They dont even diserve the 1 star!
