Parking was great lots of spaces, food came pretty fast! My husband had the chimichurri loaded fries which were very nice! We also ordered the new chilli heatwaves chicken fingers which were amazing! Only thing that let the food down slightly is I think the rolls on the burgers had been frozen as they were breaking up apart from that everything else was great
Used the drive thru tonight and the meals were absolutely appallingnWhen we got home the burgers were frozen ,cheese congealed burger bun flakey defrosted I bet chips tasted like reheats and really thick and thin sizes £26 never ever again !!
We don't eat much junk food, but Burger King was one place we'd go to every now and again.nI was disappointed with our last couple of visits, we visited the Coatbridge one about a month ago, and it was really busy with people waiting for their orders, one guy had been waiting a while to place his order at the counter, we left as there were also people who had ordered their food using the app, but had been waiting a while.nYesterday, we popped into the facility in Stirling, I went to the counter to order but was instructed to use the screen to order, I ordered a meal for me and my wife but only one meal registered in my order, I attempted to order the other meal a number of times but it did not get added to my order, with no message coming up on yhe screen to advise me thst yhe meal was not avsilable, so ended up ordering a meal I didn't really want.nAlso I input a code from the phone app to get my loyalty points, but the code was not accepted.nI beleive that this way of ordering via the display is supposed to make it quicker for you to order as well as cutting down on the number of staff working in these joints, but my experience today was not a pleasant one, as it took me nearly 10 minutes to complete an order for 2 meals, and at the end of it I didn't get any loyalty points, so I'm very disappointed with my recent visits to Burger King.
£11.45 for a XL bacon double cheeseburger meal. In reality a basic sized burger with a smallish portion of fries, no bag, no sauce. It was around £8.49 not long ago, a whooping 25% price increase within a year. Substantially more than inflation.nnThey have jacked the prices up so high they are loosing nearly all business to McDonald's nearby. You could now get a burger in a actual restaurant for less.
Shocking service. Not interested in custom. In with 2 kids at 7pm tonight. Balding middle build man didn't listen that machines weren't working and allowing a plain burger ordered. Left and went to Mcdonalds who clearly wanted the business.nnWas looking forward to a Burger King as well.
