This place repeatedly gets orders wrong and low quality. The burger in the photo is supposed to be a Peppercorn Angus... obviously missing most of the ingredients. It's also very convenient in drive-through that they never offer you a receipt, which would enable you to make a direct complaint or challenge an incorrect order. We know the order was correct on the screen when ordering so there doesn't seem to be any check on what is being delivered.
Once again, I advise everyone who visits to check your order thoroughly before you leave the counter. I ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese, tomato, lettuce, no onion, no pickle, no tomato sauce. This is what I got. I added my own cheese. I had to remove the lettuce and tomato because it was drenched in ketchup. I am tired of having to go back and get my order fixed, and I am tired of wasting my time.
Great company. The sticker did say to give them a great review so I did so
I ordered off of just eat and didn't even receive all I ordered. I didn't receive my bbq double stacker xl and also 6 chicken nuggets and also dorito chilli chicken fries. I expect to get what I ordered I am not happy with this.
The service was slow but food was good .. I think it’s good to be wait for tasty and yummy food .. new chimmichurri chicken was awesome ..
