I asked about the "fierce whopper", and what made it fierce? The lady behind the register simply laughed. I specifically asked whether this was a spicy burger, and the lady said no. So I asked what makes it so special? She said the "angry onions"... So I asked what makes the onions so angry? She once again replied with a laugh. Expectation, VS reality, is clearly shown in my picture. It was such a little bit of onions, it made me angry! So I guess that's why it's called "angry onions"! And the burger had cut up jalepenos on it. which I removed Which was way too hot for me to eat! Clearly the staff need more training as to the details about their offers... As this was my first time trying burger king's food. And I wanted more information. But was laughed off.
Patty was burnt to a crisp. Shouldn't have gone there. Do not eat out at worcester's burger king. Just don't. We waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru for our food and the place was empty inside. They really should go for training the food was horrible. Do yourself a favour and NEVER eat out a Worcester's Burger King.Food: 1/5
Probably the worst burger King there is, service is almost non existing also during lunch hours all of staff walk out or go on their own lunch. They frequentlyif not always get your order wrong. The exit of the drive through is made to tear your vehicle up since it's build way too steep. Do not go here, not worth the wait or trouble.
In less then a week, on two different occassions we visited Burger King CW. Both times we paid for a cup a cake just to be told at pick up there is no ice cream on both occassions. Today we opt for the tenders in the place of the cup a cake only to receive molded sauce. To put the cherrie on the top, we received the wrong burger. Clearly they don't understand the difference between chicken and beef. Atleast they have friendly staff but we only saw when we left.
My first visit to Burger King wasn't what I thought it would be, waited long for our food and on top of that the cool drinks were all hot and tasted like water, also the ice machine did not work, but and it is a BIG but, as I went for the second time, no more long waiting times for food and what kept inside the store was the fact that the cool drinks was so freaking nice that I wanted more and more of it. Thank you for making my second time at Burger King so awesome.
Bought our meal an hour ago. Food were nice. Just short of 9 nuggets and cannot get hold of them. Had to spread the food around for our shortcomings.....Today. 28th December. still no attempt to reach out to me. It's not about the shortcomings I had. It's about the principal. as a company that serves the community. should have been zero star....
Long overdue and recently opened in Worcester. Excellent burgers. Staff should be bilingual. Waited 2 hrs in the drive thru. Management should reroute the vehicle exit .It is unacceptable. The dip in the exit road from their establishment is extremely hazardous to one's vehicle.Food: 5/5
If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a disgusting place! Soda machine was filthy and faulty. The entire floor and desks are filled with papers and bun crumbs. There weren’t even sauce for chips! Staff doesn’t want to help you and can’t even try to be friendly. Will definitely NEVER eat at Worcestet Burger King.
Exit ruined my bumper Service was fine, food was average, exiting the lot however was a nightmare. The exit ramp was built at a horrible angle, no normal car could clear that. I practically got stuck trying to leave, despite the very small sign warning of the fact, I never expected it to be that bad. I don't drive a particularly low car, but still have considerable damage to my car's bumper. Will not be visiting ever again.
Very grateful to have a halaal Burger King in our small town. Had a wonderful launch day experience. We were entertained in the queue and felt like we weren't waiting at all. Great food and service.
