Awful place. Felt distinctly unclean. None of the screens were on so had to go to the counter which only had a bare minimum menu. After some poor communication by the staff ascertained they'd run out of fries which appears to happen on a far too regular basis, these were substituted at no additional cost but still ended up paying £17 for two luke warm burger meals. Feel completely ripped off. Should have gone to the McDonald's down the road. Never again.
TASTY. Was hungry. Bacon was good, but meat inside could have been tastier. Burger is a 4/5. Somehow, ambience, service and elements of burger made an overall 3. Enjoyed the Smashing Double Cheese Bacon Lover XL.
Without a doubt the worst services I have ever been to! Every single table had rubbish on them, floor was filthy and the toilets stank of stale urine! Ordered from burger king, they had no bottled drinks for kids, no kids toys left, service was slow and even then they managed to get 1 out of three meals wrong! I will never come back here again, it was woeful!
The food is fine, staff are friendly but this place is disgustingly dirty, rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing, floor doesn't look like it's been mopped in a week, really hard to find a table that isn't covered in food. Picture doesn't show how bad it actually is.
Dirty place. Dirty floor. Travelling from N. Devon , through Wiltshire decided to stop. Now I always stop at independent services because usually they are cleaner. Well stopped at this one and even the carpark was dirty. Ordered some food and the member of staff came to clear our table but instead of clearing the mess from the table he just brushed it onto the floor. This meant when we sat down, we were standing on the food.... Absolutely disgusting and disappointing place. Never, ever will go there again. Toilets also need a good clean. How can this be allowed. Shameful, especially people and tourists seeing this mess. Not a great impression.
Services stated it had wc on sign but not available after 6 , chicken royale was cold and childs high chair had screws hanging out of it and clearly not safe , food on floor and dirty . Utterly disgusting would avoid.
Came for a whopper meal. What a classic. Food was cooked well and was ready within good time of the on screen ordering. The toilets had just been cleaned and a window cleaner was waking the windows. No issues.
Soul destroying place. Huge pothole coming in to services then no cold drinks available. Came in for a child meal for my daughter and it was like cardboard. No other customers and depressed looking staff. Definitely going to stick to Macdonalds.
Made me feel extremely sick. The vegetarian option felt like I was eating meat. Disgusting food. My friends got food poising. Do not recommend. Had to throw most of it away!
The plant based Burger wasn't too bad, however, the onion rings were not nice, they were soft and overcooked, bit of a disappointment there Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are available Parking: Convenient parking area available
