I took my wife to this BK location and as she made her order she asked what sauces they had and asked for honey mustard. When she received her order I had just left the window as she noticed she had not received her sauce so I pulled around to the front for her to go in and collect some. This location closes the inside at 1430 and it was just about 5 mins after closing that my wife approached the doors to get the sauce and one of the employees ran to lock the door in my wife’s face and proceeded to walk off and ignore my wife as she was just attempting to get her order corrected. This was very disrespectful and could have been went about just by telling my wife that they are now closed and she would have figured out that my wife was just attempting to fix their mistake! Fortunately the manager was behind this young lady and said that they were closed after she repeatedly asked the girl and was ignored and the manager grabbed the sauces for my wife. It costs nothing to be polite and talk to customers instead of ignoring them, especially when attempting to correct an employee’s mistake.

If you are looking for a piece of America here, that is not what you will get. Both the burgers and fries are just not as good
Food wasnt bad at all. Only problem I have, they are the only place on base that doesn't allow dine in. It's super annoying! Although it's fun sitting in the parking lot while eating and watching people go up to the door and try to open it. Hahahaha.

At least they season their food like back in America. Not bad. It is Burger King.
