The food seems to always come with something old, it being fried in cold oil, or you get old fries. There is always something to make it not that good. Also, always dirty, no one cleans anything on tables area. Attendants are good, but those things make it unworthy of a better review.Food: 3/5
The staff of this particular location is efficient and the burgers are always well put together, not like other places where you find a mess at the time of unwrapping your item, also, they've never messed up my order. Vegetarian options: The plant based chicken royale is really good
Ordered a crispy chicken royal meal got 10 fries in a lil bag and the burger was soggy no crisp at all and the drink machine wasn’t working so o got a lil bottle all of this for 10€ total scam stuff are nice tho it’s back to McDonald’s for me
This store has so much potential. The drink selection is my only motivation to still visit. They have amazing and unique drinks such as lime Cola. I definitely recommend this store if you're just thirsty. However if you want food stay far away. NONE OF THE STAFF WEAR GLOVES!! They handle food and ingredients with their bare hands. This is a health hazard and absolutely disgusting. This store needs to be cleaner and the staff need to wear gloves or someone will get sick. I'm nearly sick at the thought of it. Do better burger King.
Order that I received was totally different from the picture. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I ordered a bacon king but I couldn't see the bacon in the sandwich
Ultimately it's a burger king, there's only so much one can expect. In itself bright, clean, and functional. The food exactly what you should expect. What did surprise me was that we had a person with potentially life threatening allergies with us dairy anaphylaxis so we asked which items were explicitly dairy free, so we asked firstly which items were dairy free, it was recommended we avoid anything with mayo ... We then asked to see the allergens chart, which only one of 5 staff that were involved - all of which were as helpful as could be- in this query seemed to know about. For the most part we can quietly manage this allergy given the right information. As a food service manager and a HACCP trainer I thought this sort of thing was taught at the basic level of food safety.
Great food and I love the plant based options. When they are busy with deliveries though in person Customer service falls to the wayside. I was surprised to see the manager not paying attention to the counter. His eyes were focused on the online orders. I had to wait almost 8 minutes before I had an employee acknowledge me to take my order. I had given them a 5 stat rating last year, but now I am taking away one of those stars.
They take your order, cancel it an hour later and waste your time. Avoid.
I was surprised when my order arrived so quickly! I had asked for no ketchup or pickles - hate both - and was impressed with the speed with which it was prepared. When I got into my car to eat my food I discovered my whopper had both thankfully I had decided to eat there n then and not driven home. There was a heated conversation between the cook and the counter staff - which was a tad awkward - but a new burger was prepared and was tremendous. No apology was offered. So great burger. Bad customer service. Hence the
6 staff behind the counter and 3 tables with customers sitting down and nobody can find the time to clean 8 dirty tables
