Food and service deserve less than a star. Food was cold and thrown together. Staff were very rude, was more interested in chatting to each other than helping guests. One lad even refused to help an elderly woman with carrying her food to the table while she used her aids to go to her seat. Completely poor performance from bk.
Placed an order and realised I did it on with the wrong address my mistake.. however I have been trying to call them for the last 20 minutes I'm successfully getting through every single time I finally get through they time I'll say it's a manager switch over the phone was downstairs it doesn't take 20 minutes to change over managers and just say one second I've got to get this... What takes them 20 minutes to answer phone in the first place
I attended the store and had the order written down and still have it. I read from the order bacon double cheese burger xl, 2 kids cheese burgers and a selection box and a bacon cheese burger. So reading it from the note I know I got it right. When I got home the order was wrong and it contained 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and 2 kids meals so no XL meal. I returned as I had to go to work and stated that the order was wrong. She looked at the receipt and then told me that i had asked for 2 small cheeseburgers which is untrue. The manager or shift supervisor didnt seem to be bothered and the girl went over to the supervisor and obviously told him what she thought had happened and then the supervisor came over and asked what I wanted and informed him that I wanted a bacon double cheeseburger xl as I had ordered originally. He asked if I had the other burger which I didn't as I rushed out as was now late for work and was not going to drive back to get it. He then said I would gave to pay which I had no choice. He didn't even ask me what had happened and didn't even say sorry, disgusting treatment. I have had macdonalds and when they have done the same I get an apology and replacement and sometimes extra. I don't appreciate being called a liar and being treated by staff and management in such a way. I will not be going back to the gollingham store and will only go to others if this is resolved. On top of that there was an elderly woman complaining at the counter that her order was wrong and the same girl told the customer not to shout at her which she was not at all. Just goes to show that it was not just me they were getting wrong orders with. I complained to customer services who were in agreement but could not do much as stores most stores are franchises.
The slowest service ever. Nearly 20 mins whilst on a lunch break and a Uber eat drivers can just in the queue. KFC up the road and the whole service took a few minutes like a fast food restaurant should.
Since this establishment has been under new management it has improved significantly my food was lovely and fresh hot and amazing I truly cannot wait for a new burger to come out so I can return. 10/10 service Vegetarian options: Multiple options available Kid-friendliness: High chairs and colouring Parking: Underground parking close by Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp Dietary restrictions: Allergens
Passed by on the way back from museum. The Staff where pretty grumpy but got the order done fast. Nothing special and nothing good just meh all around. Easy food though if you need something on the way back!
Nice restaurant. Never many people in there though!! Take away or sitting down!! The service is ok but they should have easier signs as to how much things are!! Other than that it's okFood: 5/5

Order chicken royal with cheese and it come and had bacon inside I don’t eat pork and I’m not impressed at all I check the receipt and it doesn’t say bacon and I have tried to call numerous times no answer will be coming to the store not happy at all and feel physically sick!!!!!
Food is pretty good staff are quite efficient, no complaints really.
