Staff was friendly but the cleaning not really good. The chairs was messy and the floor same. The loaded fries was not like the pictures and was a small portion.
Absolutely shocking place buger king , this is the HARLOW one ,,,,,people standing there waiting for there food ,, but they are only interested in doing the orders for delivery, that is disgusting,, also placed order no milkshake no hot drinks ,, so. coke again,, and there manager says no lids for coke LIAR,,then low and behold others getting lids put on , these managers here need to be demoted, not fit enough to run a race ,, terrible terrible service, BILLY LIARS ,,,
Shocking, waited 30 minutes for stale cold food, they make sure the delivery drivers are fast tracked, and they side line thd instore customersFood: 1/5
All Food was stone cold and they had forgotten some of the order 40 chilli cheese bites. The bottles of Coca were red hot some how, even though the burger was stone cold it was still very tasty Farmhouse

First the vegan burger was discussing, after eaten when sick, and so expensive, the event charged coke sugar for my friend had coke ,I'm not really eat kind the food outside because I was with my friend and asked me to go eaten, I didn't like at all west of money
food is hit and miss some time burnt other times good, good voucher offer via the apps, also ripped damage seat, suprise health and safety from HSE inspection visit yet. Last visit with my 3 children the other week they are so rude especially the managers, they not practicing basic hygiene, they are not cleaning down tables after other customers have use the table I had request a table clean. they change the seats well done Burger king
I feel sorry for the staff. Queues huge due to deliveroo/just eat etc. They're under too much pressure to handle on site and on line orders. I queued and didn't complain but head office need to realise the pressure their store staff are under. Kudos to the staff for doing a good job under the circumstances.
