I would give 0 if I could. I used app to get an offer that the staff who couldn't have been less interested in working and just standing around talking wouldn't accept, so I had to pay a lot more than advertised. The toilets were covered in pee and when I finally got the food most of it was cold to touch and stone cold to eat. Once I complained they were again uninterested. I get burger king isn't gourmet food, but this place is the worst I've ever been too. McDonalds is next door so just go there.
Customer service from Anne Marie today was fantastic. So kind. She went above and beyond. I can't thank her enough. What a difference it make to an awful day so much better..its the simple things that matter.
Stopped off on our way home, for a late lunch 1.30pm. Excellent, fast service and good food. Friendly staff. Very clean and tidyFood: 5/5
Been in there today on way home won't go back not very nice burger staff playing around one member was outside putting someone shoe on roof the rest where just joking about
Offered a BOGOFF on the app. Ordered fries to go with the burgers. Supposed to be gourmet burgers. Ridiculous price for what they are. Overpriced even for buy one get one free. 2 x Regular fries added a fiver to the bill.Food: 2/5

I really wanted to give a 0 rating but wasn’t possible . It’s the Worst Burger King ever, and I love Burger King, and I stay clear of the one in South Shields as it’s disgusting I never use South Shields one now, always go to white mare pool. The staff look scruffy in the one in South Shields, always something missing, we have no tomatoes…or we have no pop… you would think they would click on that’s it’s the staff running it into the ground.. needs closed and re-opened with totally new staff, they are all useless, how can this be happening, head quarters need to realise this, it’s the staff are so lazy. STAY CLEAR go to white mare pool one.
Fast food, with a counter to order food, not a screen! Friendly staff and a burger Food: 5/5
Looks like they cook to order here so there’s a bit of a wait.. we waited 15 mins for three burgers and a kids meal. In that time I saw 13 cars go through the mcdonalds drive thur.... I was the only customer and I could see 4 staff “working”. The food was ok though once I microwaved it.
