Got a meal for my daughter and I. It was £4.99 per meal and was good value. I didn't think it would fill me up but was just the right amount. Both meals were classic double patties with cheese, Chilli cheese bites, fries and a drink. For £4.99 each, we were both happy.
Ordered on the app, went to collect. We’re looked at like aliens. Given food, some man appeared ordered his food then staff came round asked if he wanted a ‘fag’ rolling. He then proceeded, without uniform, to go round the back into the kitchen area and all staff disappeared. Got the food home. Chicken nuggets were missing, given the wrong burger and found a long hair in the other. Rang the store and explained our situation to be immediately told we don’t do refunds. After explaining again, we’ve ordered click and collect we were told you’ll have to come back to us for a refund or look on the app and see what that says… Put the person on hold and had a look. Said hello again 3 times before I was acknowledged. Asked if we came back tomorrow to be refunded would it be given the person said yes. I had to ask them to take my name and write a brief explanation of our issue and that we’d be coming for a refund. How are people not trained in customer service??? If the place was busy, I’d totally understand a mistake made… we were the only people there and there was no one at the drive through. Let’s see if we get our refund tomorrow. Appalling service
Less than 1 star but not able to select less than 1 star. A Restaurant chain that teams up with Just eat to which we pay a fortune for there services. Order placed food delivered wrong, I then physically go to the restaurant Defeats the object of Using Just eat only to be told they wont exchange the wrong food as my issue was with Just eat. Not the person in that very Restaurant that packed the wrong order. Absolutely no accountability on there behalf. Needless to say a disgraceful experience but am I surprised, Absolutely not.
3rd visit to be told there's no service. This excuse was "Tills are being reset". This place is done for. It's completely losing the plot compared to years ago. The owner is clearly not a local, not do they give a monkeys. Time to completely avoid the place.Service: 1/5
No one in the Burger King, but I had to ask for a table and chairs to be cleaned. Food was cold and tasteless. I really couldnt be bothered to complain at the time as we were in a rush. We had 2 drinks, my husband asked for black coffee, which came with milk in it. I asked for a tea with Milk and got black tea. So I did go ask for milk. Really would not consider eating there again. Worst Burger King I have ever eaten. Not that I eat that many. And I did just fancy a burger that time

We usually use other fast food restaurants but thought we'd try Burger King. We won't be rushing back the food was cold I used a magnifying glass to find my bacon and if the fries was large I'm glad we never had a small For just under £20 I was expecting a little better Food: 2/5
Good food and very nice staff. The place itself is a dump, shame on you Burger King for not keeping this place upto scratch! The seats in this place are disgusting.
