Got there in the evening and got a bit confused about the drive-thru acces and closing time see the photos but got just in time to get my order . Happy of the service so far !
Ordered 4 x meals with drinks. One meal wasn't sent and the food that did come was as cold as the drinks. My wife took pity on me and ordered a replacement meal. The Double Whopper was actually *chilled* to touch at the bottom. Dunno who was working there this evening but a career in poisoning would be more appropriate.
This is the THIRD time I have gone and had the worst restaurant experience. The second time we downloaded the app following all rules and T&Cs for a promotion burger, the staff rudely told us they don’t accept anything of the sort even though there was an advertisement banner on the outside of the store telling us it’s accepted there. The second time you have a bunch of clueless employees shouting over each other not taking orders leaving a cue of people building up in store for then someone to say to the person at the front of the que, cash only. There was obviously a problem but instead of alerting all customers building up they were to busy fussing around each other than letting people know there was an issue. 12 minutes waiting in a fast food restaurant to leave empty handed.
Seen guy preparing the food with his bare hands, touching his face then the food, which was a disgusting sight to see, no gloves, don't know where his hands have been! Also tried the drive through month before. VERY slow! Even though there was only 2 cars in front, waited over 40 minutes, on top of that my food was freezing cold. If they can't ran a business, then shut it down! If you want burger king, eat from Woodgreen or Tottenham hale Burgerking.. NOT FROM HERE
Not happy with the service provided asking for a simple meal and I had to repeat myself about 6 times staff very unorganised. Also foule mouthing each other infront of customers. Food cold like it was preped 30 minits or so priorFood: 1/5
Everyone can say even in drive thru or delivery or in store they can say easily it’s worst, but no one can wait for a second. Making food isn’t easy like to order so please take your time for good food and healthy food .
The food is Burger King as all fast food it's the same everywhere, but the drive thru is crazy long to order. Not a huge driveway to fit many cars so if there's a queue too long you'll be waiting in a main dual carriageway. Food is great however it is the slowest drive through I've ever been through, literally one car infront of me and I still had to wait over 20minutes to order and get my food
Very busy drive thru. Services can be slow. Quality is OK but not great compared to other stores Parking: A couple of parking spaces. Not a lot of spaces but free parking
Complete wrong order! Ordered a chicken royale with cheese and a double whooper meal, cost nearly £25 and ended up with two small cheeseburgers and chips. Absolute joke. Tried to call no answer of course
