Went for lunch with my kids, there was a nice person upstairs keeping tables clean and they have a lift thankfully. I tried their plant whopper and it was lovely, kids had cheeseburgers and enjoyed them - quick service with everything perfectly cooked, and you can’t beat those Burger King chips! Looking forward to going back next time I have a day off.
Ordered through Deliveroo and quite a few items were missing from our order which was very annyoing. By the time the food was delivered, the restaurant had closed too so we couldn't even drive down and get the missing items. Ironically, the delivery bag was sealed shut with a sticker that said "we've checked your order"...they clearly had not checked the order. The food that did arrive was tasty though, so it was a big shame that they couldn't get the order correct. Won't be ordering from them again
Ordered food from BK Woking at 6pm this evening via Just Eat. We waited and waited. At 7:57pm it finally said our order was on the way. At 8:02pm it said it had been delivered. It never arrived. No number to call BK or Just Eat. No live chat function on the app. Waited 2+hrs, paid £28 and no food. Husband ended up going to the McDonalds Drive Thru. Won’t order from BK again.
Is this the best a Burger King can do? Burnt veggie patty and remained the same even after being requested to redo it!
Worst Burger King ever! Was so excited to have a local BK in the area but now not so much. Ordered twice from here now and the patties are burnt! Such a shame. I won’t be supporting this branch again until you get other kitchen staff :
Shuts at 6pm are they mad Edit - now they are open till later but clearly there are some major issues. I always wonder who at BK at a group level don't see all these latest reviews for their new branch and say - wait whats going on here! And then sort it. I blame them more than anyone.
Blunt burger. Ordered a whopper and it took quite a bit to be made, only to have a tasteless burger. Chips were good, but I ordered a large and got a medium. Frustrated!
Good food but service is useless. You order is placed as eat in but your served it in a bag. The tables upstairs still has rubbish on them. A member walked passed them all
My burger was cold and they even forget what is it in order and customer service is bad. Id rather prefer McDonalds than this Disappointed
I ordered a whopper meal on just eats and they send everything except the whopper! You would think that if you ordered from Burger King you would actually get to eat a burger
