Bad news 15 min from the time I placed order to the window and they don't even have mayonnaise so asked for a refund and they haggled about giving me a refund, git my refund and promptly told them I will never support them again.. people within the store seem to also get served besides poor me waiting at the window.
Cheerful staff but the adverts on TV & radio saying they are spending more time cleaning are obviously a lie. All tables were dirty as was the floor. Tables clearly haven't been cleaned between customers.
Food cam out hot all good expect forgot some napkins but food was awesome
As always the whoppers were delicious! Wasn't quite impressed with the guy who took our order as he forgot to note our chips order even after repeating it TWICE. Couldn't be bothered to order it again when we found out it wasn't on the receipt. Staff require more training, I suppose.
Good food, nice choices unlike the rivals who only offering limited menu
food tastes really good, i would give the hygiene overall including; food and tables etc: 3.9. mini oreo ice cream is a bit too mini. averagely the place gets busy the most between 7-8pm
good food. nice staff. social distancing measures need improving. anti covid-19 policy lets the place down.
Great burgers and fries a little slow at times but worth the wait
I simply enjoyed their food. I always get excellent service here. The place is well kept and the employees are always super nice. Will come back again.
