Honestly feels like the place hasn't been maintained since it opened. Freestyle drinks machine has been out of order for years, every seat is ripped up with sticky tables, it's a miracle when the ice cream machine is on, overhead menus at the tills are always off so you can't see what's available, and the shop feels super unprepared when it comes to new menu items. Why are there adverts for new burgers in town when the Burger King in the town has no idea what you're talking about when you ask for them? The adverts on the side of the restaurant show burgers that haven't been available for about 6 months too. The food itself is nice, the burgers are much more gourmet feeling than something you'd get at a McDonald's and do a good job representing the advert pictures, fries are average, not bad but nothing fantastic though you can get onion rings instead if you want, and if you're one for customising your burgers then this won't disappoint, never had a botched order from here. It's just the whole atmosphere of the place that brings it down. The price is also quite expensive, you'll be paying around £8 for a meal. If maintained properly this restaurant would be great, but at the current state I wouldn't be surprised if a bomb went off in the middle of the shop and the staff just left whatever damage was caused untouched. Food good, shop terrible. Vegetarian options: Adverts show some vegetarian options, no idea if they're still available though and they probably fry it on the same grills and with the same oil as the meat products so do with that as you will.
Delicious food. Quick service. Fantastic location! The staff was pleasant and helpful. This place is pricey. The toilet was filthy and revolting. Vegetarian options: Chips.
Actually I just went there when I got a craving for cheese burger. And order double cheese burger with regular drink. Compared to McDonald this place is expensive, and I couldn't feel a better taste than McDFood: 4/5
Was served by a Young man don't know his name but was wearing glasses. He had no manners at all no please or thank to you had zero customer service skills at all. How they ever got passed the interview I don't understand. Though they was 2 friendly girls servicing and was well mannered.
Great store. Love the view. Has only one WC for male and female. Not good idea.
Burger King used to be really lovely and so did the food but I had it the other week and it was disgusting and was bad after it also very expensive for that price I payed you could get more at McDonald'sFood: 2/5
If you download the app you can get some really good deals. The drink machine makes pretty much any combination of drink yiu could want and you can refill your drink. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I ordered a burger I thought it will come will fries and chips but the guy didn’t even offer if I want the meal or not, also when I received the order was not even a single tissue
The food is very bad and cold it different than others sites in other cities. The toilet is not clean and there is no soap even the toilet paper in the floor. I couldn't eat in because all tables are not clean.
I'd score 0 if I could. Toilet was dirty, disgusting, no hot water, soap or hand drying items, after using the toilet I had to rinse my hands in cold water and dry on toilet paper. Food wise, I ordered a child's meal each for myself and my daughter, my cheeseburger was poor quality, bun was dry and stale, fries were undercooked and tasteless and drinks were warm and flat. I won't be going back there in a hurry.
