I have been to many burger kings in my life, this was by far my most pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and helpful despite clearly being busy. I was also extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will be returning :Food: 5/5
We went there on a whim as we were on holiday and were hungry. We tried to order on the digital menu there but in the end had to ask for assistance. That done we sat down.The place was freezing cold.Our order came and the chips were Luke warm and one of the burgers was the wrong order,we asked for a replacement which took forever in an empty shop.....the chips we already had got cold and on asking at the counter where is the burger,it was sitting in the "warming cabinet"We took it to the table to eat. The burgers are half the size they used to be,no flavour ,dry and not nice. I will never have a burger king again....a complete waste of £11..l do not recommend and if Burger King are looking at thus.....l would like a refund!!!
Came in for a quick dinner last night and despite it being busy i received fast and friendly service. Food was great and ordering on the app saved me money. Would come again!Food: 5/5
Took my children to Havant Butger King after school this week as a treat. The staff were friendly and approachable and couldn’t do more to help when my youngest dropped their drink on the floor! Food was hot and fresh and well presented unlike the slapdash attempts across the road!! Kids enjoyed it and I enjoyed 5 minutes peace. Thanks Burger King Havant.
Friendly staff & management, Polite & efficient service as always. We were greeted warmly, & told bye when we left the store. Kid-friendliness: The staff & management talk to my grandson, when we come in.
Tried to place an order using a kiosk, this wasn't working properly, no options for drinks other than monster or milkshake . Went to the counter, all I can say is everything was all too much effort for the man behind the counter. After explaining the issue, all I received was "I'll have to have a look at". No apologies, no ill take your order here. If you can't be bothered to offer basic customer service, I can't be bothered giving you my money.
Update: huge improvement tonight ......food was good and very fresh and the service better.....enjoyed the bacon and Ceasar promotion.....thank you Great promotion on the go at the moment. The whopper with the spicy mayo is fabulous. We were just quite disappointed with the stale burger bun that was so dry and disintegrated as we ate. The chilli cheese nuggets seemed powdery, I hope the recipe hasn't changed that will be devastating......
Only ever visit burger king nowadays on the odd occasion my wife wants a burger, as they're her favourite, although she won't have chips as she says they're awful. I just don't get all the whopper fuss, McDonald's burgers are so much tastier and have they best fries. I think it's their saltyness that gets me every time no salt to be found on burger king fries it seems. I do like the extra bits now on the king menu such as the loaded fries but anyone can pour cheese sauce and bacon bits over chips, at least it makes theirs more interesting! And why do I have to ask for a lid and straw for my cold drink? Sorry BK but I think your days are numbered.
Would like to thank Trinity for her help at the kiosk today at the Havant Branch. First time using and had no idea what I was doing .. and then the machine did not give me a receipt or my order number but she was able to advise my order number. Thank you TrinityFood: 4/5
Went in to get a late lunch for my daughter. Cold chips, and not a very hot and fresh burger let things down. No ability to change the burger it seemed from the screen either. Rather disappointed for the money. Burger king is not as cheap and cheerful as it used to be.Food: 3/5
