The staffs are amazing and polite!! Have always received the best service compared to other places. The food is good and always get fresh and hot fries with my meal. The sides like chilli bites, onion rings and loaded fries are amazing , would highly recommend this place and give a try!!!Food: 5/5
It's a good restaurant, been coming occasionally for some time now. Staff always keep on top of the cleanliness and are incredibly friendly, they do a decent job for a seemingly small team. Whenever I go the fries, nuggets and burgers taste fresh and hot, or at least very warm more often than not. I'm surprised to see the other reviews report bad experiences here say to say their food is cold. Only issue I have like others are mentioning is that the front of restaurant drink machines lack a lot of the flavorings cherry, grape, peach, ect and they never seem to bring them in. It's weird considering the Subway in Newbury always has their flavorings available. The bottom of those machines do look a little grim too, could use a clean. Other than that though, very nice place. I would recommend it personally.
We have been ordered chicken nuggets and chilli bites for my daughter birthday from Burger King. Both the items were amazing and it was delivered hot and on time. Kids enjoyed a lot. Thanks a lot . Hoping to order more from here for my sons birthday.Food: 5/5
This is the worst Burger King expperience I have ever had. The fries were cold, ordered spicy chicken fries and received cheese flavour, no orange drink in either machine. No pen for kids games. Place felt dirty and poorly kept. Come on Burger King, you have to do better than this.Food: 2/5
I tried to order through the drive thru yesterday, waited 15 minutes at the order spot. Repeatedly called out to no response. Thought maybe the machine wasn’t working so drove around. Stopped at the open window expecting someone to come and serve me. I repeatedly called out to let them know I was there and to try to get their attention. I could see and hear staff moving around inside and I was completely ignored. In the end I gave up and drove away. I had planned to spend money there and ended up not because they seemingly couldn’t be bothered to take my order.
Used the app to get the two Whopper meal deal. The cashier seemed to struggle with the request thumbling with the correct things to select. Although he was pleasant enough, service was a little lacking and slow. As always, the main till area is crowded by the delivery drivers. The food came out 5 minutes after ordering. Wasn't asked if I wanted sauce when placing the order but now you don't get complimentary mayo sachets, you have to pay 30p a dip instead. The food itself was correct and looked appetising but the salad must have been straight from the fridge and the burger was stone cold. This restaurant is really hit and miss... it's either the food, the service, or the cleanliness... never have I yet to visit where all three areas are on point.
I cannot get over how bad this place is. They seem to get about half of all orders wrong. Twice now they took my order and just didn't process it leaving me waiting for half an hour and queuing again to ask where my food had got to. There's always a steady stream of people at the counter to get things corrected. This time they served me chilli cheese bites which were still frozen! They heated the remaining ones up again but no apology. Steer clear of this place unless you are really desperate.
Very friendly and professional service at Burger King. Roshni and Sindu are so lovely and helpful. Always happy with my order. And I would recommend them.

Went here today and redeemed a free voucher on my app and the guy who served us just didn't seem to like us because he was very rude and I have no idea why? And then we were waiting for our order and I could see it waiting in the keep warm section but he just didn't pick it up while other customers who came after us had their orders processed and called!! So we had to go over and chase it up-- and yep, our order had been sat there the whole time. And when he handed it over he didn't even acknowledge us or look us in the eye and didn't respond when I said goodbye. Very odd I'm not sure why he was like that with us, but I guess we won't be going back here for a long time!! On the plus side, the vegan bean burger and vegan royale tasted great!!
