The store has a modern exterior and interior, giving it a clean but rather sterile feel. It lacks the charm and warmth you’d expect from a typical Burberry boutique.nnThe men’s section is quite limited, offering a small selection of shirts, gilets, coats, and belts — all fairly standard fare and nothing particularly eye-catching. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.nnStaff weren’t especially friendly, though they were helpful when approached with questions. Overall, a functional outlet experience but not one that stands out.
I’m very shocked to read other reviews saying the staff was rude. I stopped in after a fun afternoon at CupppaPug nearby. My 2 year old ran head first into the glass window poor thing thought it was the door/entrance and was excited to see dad and our pug and had a giant goose egg on her head and the staff was able to break out an ice pack from their medical kit. The entire staff was so kind in checking on my daughter during the rest of my time in the store. I purchased a beautiful beige raincoat/trench coat with a hood that normally retails for £1190 for £585. For the sake of my wallet, it was probably best my daughter needed extra cuddles and cut my shopping time short because there were several beautiful purses and wallets I also wanted to purchase.
I am not satisfied when I buy and not refunded. While my bag was just bought 7 days ago, the payment receipt stated that it cannot be refunded. The staff explained to me that the invoice clearly stated 14 days. I am really sorry that a very big brand does not work well. The staff explained to me that they only exchange the bag with other items and they do not refund the money, but the payment receipt stated that they can return it within 14 days. I am really sorry that a big brand deceives customers.
I bought two t-shirts and a bag for 430 pounds!! It was such an awesome experience, everyone was so friendly! It is true that there are some articles which do not have a huge discount but overall I was super satisfied and surprised by the prices! They had new collection for additional 30% off which was crazy! A great variety of bags, t-shirts, coats, jackets, shirts and sweatshirts! They also have many bargains for card holders and wallets! The assistant that helped me was the amazing Italian woman - Federica. I am very pleased with her service as she helped me choose which products suit me the best so that I do not regret buying them later on! I highly recommend you looking for her in the shop! Even though she was quite new, she still managed to advise me at a professional level and gave me great fashion advice! I would definitely visit again soon! If you are in London, this shop is a must!
The stock changes relatively frequently, so I visit every few months. You can really find a good deal every now and then.nnOnly rated 4 stars as the service can be a bit distant, even for an outlet store. I come for the products really, so it's not that big of a deal.
