Today my son had his first filling with injection at age of 9, as you can imagine this was very overwhelming for him. However, Krzysztof was incredibly patient and provided reassurance to both me and my son throughout. His dental nurse was amazing and although we needed some time between treatments to allow my son to calm down, we was still treated as though we were the only patients of the day. Even though our delays likely caused others to wait, the level of care and service we received never changed. Thank you for a supportive experience.
I had a really positive experience with Krzysztof and his assistant Rhian.nFrom the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease, which isn’t always easy when visiting the dentist :nnKrzysztof is professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood everything without feeling rushed.. His calm and friendly approach really helped reduce any anxiety I had.nnRhian was equally fantastic- welcoming, attentive, and supportive throughout the appointment. I’m new to Bupa Dental Care Tredegar and was quite nervous about visiting the dentist, but from the moment I arrived I was put at ease. The girls on reception were very polite, welcoming, and helpful. My dentist, Adrian, was fantastic — he took the time to reassure me and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. Both he and the nurse were extremely caring and professional, and the treatment was done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this practice. Great service and a very professional team.
