SHODDY WORK - JUST TAKING MONEY. I had (still have) sensitivity below a filling. I called to make an appointment and discovered they already had me booked in for a 6-monthly check-up. I sat in the dentist's seat and explained the sensitivity I had been feeling, but wasn't sure which of the two adjacent teeth it was. The dentist looked at the fillings and said it would be best to refill both teeth. The assistant then told me to book another appointment and pay £20.60 for the check-up. What check-up? He didn't CHECK my other teeth, no x-rays, no gum health examination, not even the usual counting and '6 M.O. 5 D.O, etc' I was literally in there for 2 minutes. I was tempted to book another dentist for the fillings, and now wish I had. When the dentist finished filling the teeth he told me I would need a crown at some point to fill the gap - around £500. Because my tongue was still numb I had no idea what gap he was talking about. I paid £36 and returned to my car. When I looked in my car mirror, to my horror I saw that what was once a full, but filled tooth, was now half a tooth with a filling that sloped down from the remaining tooth wall to my gum. This gap/hole now fills up with food and the sensitivity is still there. I have been forced to find another dentist to fix his mess. If the tooth wall was weak and needed to be removed, there is no reason why the filling could not have been moulded into the shape of a tooth. I have another tooth that has been filled and moulded in this was. To me it seems the tooth was destroyed to force me into spending more money on a crown. Don't let the BUPA name fool you into thinking you'll receive better service, the previous dental practice was far better. I won't be going back.

Best dentist I've ever had! Had been messed about by one in Cheltenham and luckily they were able got me in for an emergency. Friendly and patient staff, and I don't dread going anymore!

Visited the dental practise for a chronic tooth ache. the staff were really polite and very professional and passionate about there job. Im a nervous patient at a dentist and the staff went out there way to make me feel comfortable. It only seems right to share my experience with anyone else who has a similar problem. HIGHLY recommend this practise. Thankyou.

Friendly and reassuring staff could not fault them as I am usually terrified of the dentist all went well and will be back for regular checkups in the future keep up the good work guys

I am a very nervous person when it comes to dentists but Dr Ali was a superstar. Very patient and reassured me all the way through. I have no complaints about him at all.
