Recently attended for regular dental treatment. I found the visit to the usual excellent high standard. I would recommend the practice to anyone.
The worst dentist I have ever been to. They have started my brace treatment 2 years ago and still haven’t finished it due to not having an orthodontist. I was waiting at one point 6 months to be seen with a broken brace running all my mouth. They got an orthodontist for three appointments now he is leaving again. This is an absolute joke
I am currently having Invisalign at Bupa High Lane & I couldn’t be happier. My treatment is going so well and my Dentist is amazing, I can’t wait to see the finished results. As someone who was never the biggest fan of the Dentist I now look forward to my appointments as the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking at starting their Invisalign journey.

Couldn't recommend this practice more. From start to finish, great service. Anji on reception is extremely friendly and brilliant at her job, even in these unusual circumstances she has done her very best to help. Ive always had Elvira for treatment and she is by far the best dentist i have come across, shes also fantastic with my children.
Today was my first appointment. I called last week to register as a new patient and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I was nervous prior to my appointment today but the Dentist and Dental nurse were so calming and very professional. The Dentist treated me with so much respect and explained my treatment plan. I booked a follow up appointment for a filling and the reception team were really lovely and offered me an appointment that fits around work. I'm really happy to have made the decision to register with this practice.
I have been afraid of the dentist for a long time, and I got to a point where I had to have some treatment, I was lucky to be accepted here as a NHS patient, and I was given an amazing guy called Al, who looked after me for a few years, after Al moved into private practice I feared I'd never find someone I trusted as much as him, but luckily I have. My new dentist, Elvira is amazing, she fills me with confidence and is so reassuring. Bottom line - this practice is brilliant, from the wonderful reception team to the Dentists and their brilliant nurses. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I have worked at this Practice since January and can honestly say what a fantastic group of work colleagues and great place to work. Extremely talented professionals who are dedicated and passionate about patient care and wellbeing. We listen to our customers feedback and act accordingly to ensure our patients get the best possible service and care that they continue to return for many years to come. On a patient level my sons girlfriend who due to trauma early in life was petrified of dentist but was in extreme pain, recently attended for emergency treatment. After visiting Elvira one of our new dentists it has totally changed her opinion and she no longer fears getting in the chair. Which is a fantastic achievement for her to overcome her fear and for our practice being able to reassure our patients and more importantly encourage them to return and maintain good oral health. All our team of dentist, specialists and hygienist are highly recommended and it’s lovely to hear the comments they make after each visit.
