I really can't understand all the bad reviews I'm reading here. By far the best dentist I've been to, staff behind the counter were helpful. I was seen by Aaliyah and she was brilliant rebooked me for a tooth extraction the same day thank you very much, you are now my permanent surgery I'll be recommending to my family and freinds.

One of the Receptionists is very abrupt and rude, I needed emergency care and left in more pain with multiple appointments and left me in fear of the dentist.

Pretty appalling. Having been a member since 2000, along with my children. I rang to make check up appointments, and was informed that as we hadn't been for a check up for 2 years we were no longer on their database and would have to go elsewhere as their books are closed to NHS patients. Whilst I realise this is partly my fault for not making appointments since (various valid reasons for this), at no point did I receive a letter categorically stating that we would be denied appointments unless we made one asap! Pretty poor practice and customer service to someone who had been a loyal customer for over a decade.

Always had a professional job done by the dentist. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Really like the finish Frankie did on my teeth. She went out of her way to sort my teeth out. Really recommend this place very highly to anyone.
