I was very nervous, having not seen a dentist for many years. Dr Abid was great throughout the whole process and I no longer have any fears about dental treatment. All the team friendly and helpful.
I chipped my tooth in an accident. I rung the next day and managed to get an appointment for that morning. All staff where helpful and polite.nDr Hussain has worked wonders with my chipped tooth. Lovely dentist who has an attention to detail. Will definitely be going back for the rest fixing
A good dentist I have being with since I was old enough to see a dentist but it was oasis then. The place is lovely staff are nice and most dentists are friendly. My current one is extremely lovely and she is patient too always explains what is about to happen before hand and asks my consent before even putting s mirror in my mouth which I find very nice to do and calms my anxiety knowing I have the chance to say no to anything that worries me or scares me. I've never had to as they always keep you calm. I would recommend though the cost can be a bit much if you're private as it's a big company but NHS side is amazing and their cost is reasonable.
Been with this dentist a few years now and today went for a scale and polish as my teeth were badly stained due to smoking and wow the end results were absolutley out this world i was shocked and thrilled to bits its almost like ive got a new set of teeth. Dr Abid you have done me a top job im super happy with the work you did for me and also reassured me that my appointment would be fine after having a bad experience with a different dentist previously. Id also like to say a big thanks to Nurse Georgia for all her efforts too. Top job and once again im super happy and i can smile without been uncomfortable. Would Definitley reccomend this guy to anyone thanks again.
Just been to visit mr Mohammed Hussain at Bupa Heckmondwike which I have been going to since oasis, well I’ve had about 6 dentist there don’t know why they all leave or say they have left. My appointment today was absolutely terrible I’m a young gay guy and obviously I experienced a homophobic dentist he was so rude and had a really bad attitude with me the second I walked in. My crown had fallen out leaving me with an abscess which was painful and swollen and clear to see! Couldn’t miss what tooth it was as it was missing and swollen! He had a look around been really ruff!! Asking me which tooth it was after explaining all this to him before hand! Like you can miss it mate there’s a hole there that’s clearly infected. He said he was going to try pull the root out with out numbing me and he can try! Safe to say I said not a chance as I was still swollen and needed antibiotics first! My gum was still swollen around the root which was not showing anymore due to swelling! So you’re telling me he was going to ruin my gums trying to pull the root out and without numbing!! I’m no dentist and I knew this wasn’t right at all!!! The way he went about it and the rudeness and attitude he gave me was absolutely disgraceful and clearly a homophobic attack towards me. I will be taking this thurther and I want this investigated terrible terrible service! I booked back but with somebody new yet again. What has happened to this dental practice?!….
