Friendly place with helpful staff and always professional. For dentist they do attempt to accommodate you as much as possible. Happy with every visit
Highly recommend Bupa Dundonald. The loveliest, most professional staff, clean surgery and they do all they can for their patients, especially at a time with COVID backlog that is extremely difficult for dental surgeries to manage.
Not even worth a star. Been trying to get a broken tooth pulled for two years. No one is taking new patients. Not even in pain or emergency.
Lovely bright and welcoming practice. Staff are just lovely! The receptionist was only too happy helping with watching my son, which as a single mother, is a god send when needing treatment!! Thanks all.
I had to cancel few times my appointments and been told off. Cavity filled in and in a week had infection. Front tooth fixed and untill night time the filling fell out. On my expenses!
Clean, very little parking but asda carpark just down the road, emergency appointment £40—80.
From my first contact by phone everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a terrified patient the receptionists, Ashley and Hanna, put me at ease and were able to answer every question and worry I had. I was shaking on my first visit but Aoife, my dentist,soon had me calm and I quickly became confident in her. She has such a calm manner and was expert at reassuring me. My dental plan was thoroughly explained and agreed with myself and my procedures were totally pain free. In fact I was shocked to be told that my teeth were out! I am now really excited about continuing with my plan and being able to eat pain free. Roll on my next appointment! Obviously during the current circumstances appointments are hard to get but believe me when I say that it is worth the wait. I can’t thank the practice enough.
I recently contacted Bupa Dental Care Dundonald, as a brand new patient with a dental emergency. The receptionist immediately informed me that despite Covid Restrictions being in place, the practice was accepting new patients, and I was provided with an emergency appointment the very next day All the staff in this Dental practice are warm , welcoming , friendly. Everything is explained in great detail. The place is absolutely immaculate and so bright and pleasant I received superb treatment from all members of the dental team who were involved in my care . Mark , is a lovely Dentist, very calm, gentle and reassuring. I have complete faith in him. My dental needs were met promptly and my smile restored. I am so delighted I contacted this practice in my hour of need. To date I have had 2 appointments, and both experiences were so pleasant . I would highly recommend this Dental practice and am delighted to now be one of their patients
Today was my first time visiting this dental practice and I was very happy with my appointment! I called this morning to register as my tooth cracked last night and they made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’m very nervous when it comes to dentist visits but the staff made me feel very comfortable! Would definitely recommend.
As always had a great experience at Bupa Dental care Dundonald.
