Left in pain after filling replacement. When I suggested to continue the treatment until it is done properly and my tooth treated long time ago and with no decay, just an old filling which started cracking is not painful it was not before the visit I was asked to pay the excess for the treatment I'm insured with Bupa through my employer. When I insisted on paying at the end of the treatment the manager cancelled my last follow up appointment and continued pushing for payment.nNot the greatest example of customer care and clinic's management. There are not many managers like that left but watch out when you go to Alderley Edge Dental Clinic.
Absolutely brilliant! Will is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I now recommend him to everyone!! Great reception team. Great communications. They’ve often fit me in same day when I’ve had problems with my teeth.nnCould not speak more highly of them all.
I was able to book an appointment with Will at relatively short notice. He gave excellent professional advice, describing all the options and procedures available in clear detail with all the pros and cons. Will suggested an option I didn't know was possible. He was able to give me immediate costings. Outstanding service, highly recommended. Thank you very much.
May be the worst dental care in Cheshire East.nnPoor Fit: The dentures were ill-fitted and caused discomfort from the very beginning. They slipped frequently, making it challenging to eat and speak properly.
Lovely dentist freindly staff ,, lovely dentist man guillermo mota and his lovely dental assistant,, very understanding,,very pleasant, glad I've found this little gem ,,
