I have a major phobia of Dentists due to some very bad experiences in the past and major anxiety. I lost a part of an old filling and a piece of tooth so built up the courage to attend Buntingford dental care. I saw Shaun who was very reassuring considering I am such a quivering nervous patient, he explained everything and was incredibly gentle, I didn’t even feel the injections and was unaware they had been done! The filling was quick and I honestly didn’t feel anything, I have another small filling which needs doing and although I will never relish going to the dentist but Shaun made the experience much more bearable. My only gripe would be that I felt the receptionist was not overly welcoming and quite sharp, many people are anxious visiting the dentist and I felt she wasn’t particularly warm with her approach.
Perfect Dentist. Great team and really helpful. They go above and beyond to fix your issues and are very approachable.nI have had some really bad experiences with Dentists but they are different here. I would recommend them to anyone. They help you rather than the constant selling found at other places. Very professional.
This was my first visit as I knew to the practice. The whole experience from beginning to end has been great. Reception staff polite and friendly. Communications excellent. Dentist great at explaining options for treatment and payment plans available for expensive treatments. Great thanks
I have been three times now. Each time everyone has been polite and reassuring. Shreeya is lovely, talking through everything and taking time to explain, a natural caring personality. I have always dreaded going to the dentist as sometimes it is very perfunctory and at times condescending.... Nothing could be further from the truth With Shreeya. Thank you
