Extremely dissapointed.
Initially contacted Bunce in Nov 2017 on behalf of my daughter in Aylesbury.
Her Worcester Bosch CHB was losing pressure on a daily basis and her immersion tank had a pressure problem also resulting in a constant overflow.
Arrangements made for site visit by Bunce.
Bunce confirmed could do job, they would order parts and call back.
Despite, text messages, numerous phone calls and e mails to Bunce....all un-returned!!
We can only surmmise the job “wasn’t a big enough earner”
Totally unprofessional and particularly dissapointing as my daughter explained to Bunce in several messages that she has a baby daughter and cannot risk the system “breaking down” through the winter months.
A poor ambassador for Worcester Bosch.
Based on our experience would not recommend I’m afraid.

The service that we received from Bunce Plumbing was second to none and I can completely and wholeheartedly recommend them. They replaced 3 bathrooms/toilets for us and we received not only great advice in the planning stages but a totally responsive service throughout. Our property is a period house and we were struggling to know how to replace the bathrooms in a way that would still be in keeping with the character of our home, but were also in desperate need of updating. The suggestions Mr Bunce made were absolutely inspired, the standard of work exceptional and we are delighted with the final product. The team communicated well with us during the project and it was no trouble when we wanted to change something or check anything. They are reliable, polite and skilled professionals who also really do offer excellent value for money.

First class service, boiler was down and thought it needed replacing. Glen investigated and found it was only the fan which was 1/6 of the price of a new boiler! Job done same day!

We have worked with Glen and his team now for 7 years and on 3 different homes.  We could not recommend Glen and the team highly enough.  They are so knowledgeable, helpful and reliable.  They will always be at the end of the phone when you need them, which when you have been let down by your energy company and you have a 6 month old baby and no heating in the house, is invaluable! It's so reassuring to find someone who you know will always do a great job and that you can rely on 100%.
