Ordered platter 4 fully loaded, lamb tikka karahi, hot lamb, chicken tikka madras and other sides, customer service was great & all food was excellent, ready on time and by far one of the best authentic indian/pakistani business’ in Nottingham. Would highly recommend, particularly if you like mixed grills!

Used to be the best for their kebabs than anywhere else, totally gone downhill. Ordered chicken tikka kabab online, came with just chicken tikka wrapped in a nan, no salad!! Didn't even have the option to add salad or even any sauces with order. Very disappointing as very dry, and plain, don't know what's happened

Best food around. Never had a bad meal, meat is always incredibly moist! Curries super flavoursome and all the staff really helpful too. Amazing

I haven't had a takeaway curry for ages, mainly down to poor service and the quality of the food delivered being constantly poor... A friend recommended that I tried Bulwell Balti, and I'm glad I did!... The food is first class and the estimated wait time was very accurate... Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Over 2 hours late, customer service  appalling,  lied about being on its way and loads of excuses about being  busy. I will say when food arrived finally  it was correct , hot and very tasty.

Not long lived in the area so trying to find a decent takeaway has been a task! Tried this place and love it, friendly, helpful staff and food is amazing. Portions are great and the taste is amazing, you’d be silly not to try

The food arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering. We were not warned of any delay, we would have gone elsewhere or collected if we had known. We had planned to eat at 19:30 but instead ate at 21:30, a lot later than we are acquainted with. We chased them up twice being told both times that the order would be dispatched in the next 10 minutes, which was not correct. The order was missing a salad for one of the dishes, we guessed something would be wrong and where making bets on what. The pickle containers are tiny. The food was nice and warm enough though.  It was an anxious evening and we were beginning to lose our appetites. We were on the verge of cancelling the order. We will not use their delivery service ever again.

Best takeaway I have been to Very tasty good friendly Service I been going Bulwell balti for at least 10 years Am very happy with my delivery every time Wish I could give more than 5 stars  10  for me

I never used to be a big curry fan I know: blasphemy  but I was recommended Bulwell Balti House and ever since I have ordered from here, I've craved them. I chose the Malayan as I knew it was a lighter, sweeter and creamier curry and I am honestly in love! The food is absolutely delicious, regardless of your preferred dish and the staff are professional, kind and friendly. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you so, so much, Bulwell Balti House!
