Having just been looking at past reviews i did have to chuckle to myself, a steering rack 6 years old and wanting to change it? Did i miss a change in the Law, going to take my 5 month old sausages back to tesco tomorrow, wish me luck.nOn a serious note, i can only say that i have met all the staff in person at the counter and conversed by phone on many occasions and only ever had fantastic service, everything i have ever ordered has always only taken a couple of days to arrive, with no defects or issues. My last purchase of gearbox components ordered at the counter, perfect, my next order a repeat order will again be counter sales due to the friendly engagement i always receive. Yes sometimes stock is out of order, but guess what, they are an indipendat organisation, not a billion pound industrial giant so one has to expect this from time to time. Always my go to for mini spares, keep doing what you do Bull Motif, sometimes small but knowledgable is the best rout to be on.
After being sold a part that had obviously been used and returned before as it’s was faulty, they then apparently had no more in stock. After waiting 5 days, I requested a refund and had called on many occasions chasing it but still didn’t receive it after almost 3 months! £16 may not be a lot of money to them but at 17 and trying to maintain a mini as your first and only car… it is. Absolutely terrible customer service with no communication between them. And the guy usually behind the counter is totally uninterested with customers. They should be called No Motif!nFrom now on I will be sticking with minimime/mini sport as they are 100% better
Won't answer emails. I purchased 4 spark plugs but found out I'd ordered the wrong size hex. I got 21mm and should have ordered 16mm. Asked if I could return for the proper size , no reply, just ignored me. I'm now not prepared to pay the return postage and pay for the new order postage as for a few quid more I can purchase from a different supplier. - Sorry
Refused to replace a £6 chrome headlamp rim which went rusty in 7 months. Wanted me to buy a new one and return the old for inspection. Would have cost more in postage than the defective item. Pathetic.
First order as I'm a relatively new Mini owner, parcel arrived within 24 hours, well packaged. Very pleased with my order. Had to check something and they responded to my email within minutes to answer my query. Will definitely be back before long!
