Order from somewhere else. I wouldn't use this firm again. They advised they'd charge postage on top of their eBay prices if a customer order from them direct, which I think is a rip off postage is already included in their ebay price so they proposed to charge for postage twice to customers who order direct. I ordered from Ebay. The item was of very poor quality and I returned it as I couldn't risk using that component in an engine. A quick glance at the other Google reviews demonstrates other unscrupulous business practice and disatisfactory stock sold by this company in their attempt to appear competitive and credible.
After along time of searching for a specific set of inlet valves for my non standard 12g295 head, I was given this companies number by a friend. Alot of the big names in the mini world were not particularly helpful. That was not the case with Bull mofit mini spars!! After a quick phone call explaining what I was after I was told that they would give me a ring back once they've cross referenced my measures. True to there word they came back to me within two hours with exactly what I needed! There service was absolutely brilliant. Really helpful, punctual and had them delivered to my door within two days of the conversation! Great job guys. It's been a pleasure doing business with you and I will definitely be using you again!
The starter motor did not match the photo in advert. Picture was a Lucas motor and they sent cheap Chinese copy. I only ordered it as the picture showed what I wanted to match original... Then they threatened me with court action if I left bad review. Also the attitudes of all the employees was awful when they knew they had been court out, I will not be bullied by these uppity plonkers. Buyer beware.....also they are lying in their reply to this as they are clearly idiots and trying to cover up the situation.... I did mention a container full but of Chinese rubbish they had obviously been buying from, I was very annoyed and understandably frustrated with the way they dealt with the situation as they blocked me instantly on eBay, then they removed the item, clearly in the wrong. Says it all really about this company.... Take from this what you want but it's not just me who has had a problem and it shows from their childish reply to the reviews. Again, buyer beware. Thanks
First order as I'm a relatively new Mini owner, parcel arrived within 24 hours, well packaged. Very pleased with my order. Had to check something and they responded to my email within minutes to answer my query. Will definitely be back before long!
Refused to replace a £6 chrome headlamp rim which went rusty in 7 months. Wanted me to buy a new one and return the old for inspection. Would have cost more in postage than the defective item. Pathetic.
