The food, service and overall atmosphere were brilliant! Everything came out promptly but you could tell was freshly made cos it was too hot to eat. Highly recommend the wings and beef bulgogi. Ordering was very modern too with it being a fully web based menu, both a pro and con depending on how tech savvy you maybe but they were very patient and explained it well. 100% would visit again especially with their reasonable prices and portions!
First time coming to this place and we absolutely loved it. The food is exceptional and the service was great. The lovely lady that served us looked after our BBQ so well even though she had a lot of other customer to look after. Will definitely come back and bring friends in.
Very good and authentic as the restaurant claims it with Japanese inclusions like the tempura and eel but very well executed so it is really not a deal breaker . Been looking for a while for a good Korean BBQ restaurant near Guildford &Woking and here we go. Staff was nice, helpful and service quick. Good place and I will definitely go back. We enjoyed our evening a lot

I went here for a date with my partner and we both enjoyed it so much! The staff was very kind enough to help us use the grill, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ended up ordering more meat for the grill because of how good it was. I definitely recommend the honey garlic wings and the marbled rib eye. We could tell the staff was so considerate to us too, as when we ordered our desert, they gave us two spoons for our black sesame ice cream and had split out 3 piece chapssalduck into two so we can share it! It was that little details that we enjoyed so much and made our experience personal. I highly recommend Bulgogi; I can't wait to return again soon : Thank you to the wonderful staff that made our dining experience amazing.
Amazing food and nice quiet/relaxed atmosphere, food was so delicious we ordered more, the waiters are super nice and helpful when we were using the grill, nice atmosphere and I would love to go here more often with more people. My favourite was the honey chicken wings as well as the steaks we grilled as they tasted so good we ordered more. Desserts were very good too and I would love to come back again.
Amazing authentic Korean food at an affordable price! This place is one of the very few places where the chef is Korean. If you want some real Korean home food , come here. The servers are also very friendly and polite. Try the pork bulgogi and the shrimp tempura. Every food on the menu is above average so you won’t be disappointed.
I came in for dinner after calling the restaurant to make a reservation and to ask if they have vegan vegetarian options on the menu. I was told there was. We were enjoying our dinner until I found pork inside my kimchi stew. On ordering the stew there is ‘NO PORK’ option on the order form, which I ticked. We informed the waitress who came back and apologised for the mistake which was made by the chef in the kitchen. Apparently the waitress wrote NO PORK on the order but the chef missed this. We don’t eat pork as it is forbidden in our religion so it was very upsetting for us. The waitress offered to make the dish again without the pork this time, but we refused and wanted to pay and leave as we were really upset. When the bill came they omitted that one dish but gave no discount and added the 10% service charge on the bill! We asked to speak to the manger but was told she couldn’t come out as she doesn’t speak English. The gentleman who came out instead laughed and said the kimchi soup has no flavour it without the pork! The lack of remorse and understanding or basic care of rectifying the situation even though they could See how distressed we were was appalling. After we complained to the staff and complained about them adding service charge to the bill they reluctantly omitted the service charge off the bill. I will never recommend this place for anyone vegan vegetarian or with any allergies or food intolerances be it religious of other to come here.
Great quality, friendly staff, and on a quiet street, aswell as quick wait times and food that'll make you come back for more.
Very happy to have a good Korean restaurant nearby, I just wish their delivery extended a bit further past Woodham/Addlestone, we'd order all the time We would recommend the Beef Bulgogi, Japchae and Tteokbokki, these are my favourite dishes!
