So far the service from building consents has been over and above my expectations, having registered over 30 individual sites all over the country in a short space of time, I can honestly tell you having dealt with other private inspectors Building Consents have raised the bar. I enquired about a project, like most people I sent out requests to many companies.  I decided to go with another company as they responded to my initial query quickly.  My work was completed in Sept but yesterday I received phone calls and emails demanding over £500 for work that was never carried out! and 6 days to pay! I did not hear back with an apology once I had forwarded them correspondence from the firm that actually did do the work!!  I highly recommend CookBrown - who also communicated with this dishonest company on my behalf to confirm that they had actually carried out the work.
