If you want a burger made the way you want it, this is the place for you. One of the best burgers I have ever eaten.
This place is absolutely amazing. Think Subway meets Eddie Rocket's and Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and you have Build a Burger. Choice of toppings and sauces is highly versatile, burgers are succulent, juicy and delicious, and the chips are definitely the best I have had. Staff were friendly and welcoming. If you don't fancy a beef burger there are many other delicious options available, from chicken to pulled pork to veggie burgers. Service was slightly slow but that was not the fault of the staff. Instead it was because I was eating out with my family and there were a lot of orders, with my parents choosing to have burger bowls instead. My burger and chips was made quickly and to a high quality. The decor is somewhat unusual but nonetheless it creates a welcoming, friendly environment that I feel is relaxed and cheerful. Would definitely eat here again. 5/5.

Food AMAZING! Customer Service AMAZING! Delivery - Don't bother with deliveroo - go direct yourself! The staff here are very friendly and helpful! Through no fault of their own, my food arrived cold - twice!! The Build-a-Burger supervisor great guy, and a credit to this takeout arranged redelivery and sent extra goodies wasn't asked for but an amazing gesture, thank you I have no complaints with this company what-so-ever...but I will never rely on deliveroo to deliver their food again. Its worth going to their establishment to get their food fresh. I loved the Venison Burger. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
An excellent spot for a wacky burger. The staff are extremely friendly and don't hesitate to explain the options. Food is cooked to order and comes fresh with large portion sizes. With a central location in Botanic and fast service, it's an ideal lunch/dinner spot.
Friendly and "down to earth" staff, great selection of burger styles, meat and topping choices. I love my food and am very critical of food that is worth less than it costs in terms of quality, flavor and portion size; Build a Burger or excellent for all of the 3 points above and as a bonus it's in a great area and has a relaxed atmosphere.
Amazing service, only fault I'd give is the actual burgers are really dense and dry. If they were juicier and less densely put together, I'd easily give this a 5, just hard to ignore the burger quality, when that's your main product.
Large portions for a decent cost! So much variety, and always good quality. Staff seemed flustered as it got busy, but they're only human. Only issue is the milkshake counter is shut down, and it doesn't seem like it will be reopened, which is a shame.
