Went to get my 3 year old a treat and dealt with a young lady called Hannah. She was absolutely fantastic. Really enthusiastic with my little one and got her involved. She made the whole experience fantastic. Thank you!!
So much choice, bears of all sorts and sizes, tons of accessories, cute little hearts to go.inside your personally designed bear is a great touch. The store was very tidy, the staff were helpful and friendly. We were greeted at the door by Ryan who offered to assist us if needs be.
Definitely less effort put in by staff than there used to be. No special dance for little kids as they make their bear, especially at busy periods. Staff weren't fun or engaging to the kids. The store itself wasn't pram friendly. The person putting the voices into the bears looked disgusted when I said that we didn't want a voice in it. She then offered for a fragrence to be put in, and I said no thank you. Again disgusted look. Honestly think the staff don't want to be there. Or they feel they're underpaid. Either way... won't be going back to there. Sad really.
Just came back from build a bear .what an experience for my 6 year old to many to choose from. But with the help from witch was amazing and very helpful. Staff all staff was amazing A+++++ thank you guys
Lots of variety of bears to choose from and extra clothing. Staff are there and always willing to help so helpful and very polite. I'm sure I will be back with my daughter. Highly recommended
The gentleman who helped me on Thursday was wonderful. I'd had a very difficult morning giving a video interview to the police about perpetrators of abuse, and it had brought up terrible memories and feelings of shame for me. However, the gentleman was very respectful and kind and treated me like any other customer. Thanks to your store, and my new friend Toothless, I feel like I can reclaim my childhood one day at a time. Please let this staff member know how wonderful he is at his job.
Fabulous experience on Saturday 11th March at this store. My teenager with ASD is a regular customer and their green frog had succumbed to a small hole on the back. The manager and staff were fantastic, helpful and understanding. Well done and thank you for saving frog and my teenager!!
The person who helped us stuff the bear was so chatty and nice, and the person behind the till was lovely too! Wish I'd caught their names. Great experience and love my new Sylveon!!!
My son went to a build the bear experience day, and was looked after by Jade. All round a brilliant experience, he loved it. Jade was excellent with him, he left a very happy little boy.
