The staff here are absolutely wonderful and I am so glad that I came to this location today, the place was quiet when I came in at the time which is helpful because I’m autistic, the staff member sadly didn’t get his name was really friendly and was nice to talk to and has understood the meme that I was recording into my bear, which was great as in previous locations they would question about it, I hope I get to come again in the future A few pictures of the bear that I chose, his name is jonathan and he likes turtles
Very nice visual merchandising in this store. I Will definitely be returning with my son to have him pick out a superhero bear. Some items I’ve never noticed at bab and have been using them for over a decade
I visited this shop on my daughter's 11th birthday what a shambles only two members of staff working the other three standing around talking for the full 45 minutes I was there Stihl purchase two teddy bears despite the queue for filling and at the till because the manager Kim what's too busy chatting and not supervising the trainee on the till until the lady got off the film machine and jumped on the till and got the queue of people down hats off to the two that worked hard to the others you know who you are go do something else you're supposed to make the experience for children happy and fun I didn't see one smile in the place the manager you should start from the bottom again if at all
BUILD A BEAR PARTY My niece had her 9th party at Build a Bear. When we arrived there was a sign with her name on, and one of the stuffing machines was fenced off just for the party so no waiting around. The staff were so friendly and engaging. There were a few games too which was nice. When it came to choosing the bears and accessories, the staff were really good in ensuring that the children knew which bears they could or couldn't have as part of the party package, and so we didn't have to get involved at all. They all really enjoyed themselves - would recommend.
Had an amazing experiance at build a bear workshop shop, even at 23 years old. Brought a pokemon plush and was assisted by a man named Amit. He was very helped and attentive whilst he stuffed my plush. Remember ing things I said about me and my boyfriend and incorporated them whilst rubbing the heart of the plush. Excellent customer service and I had a great experiance making my plush. Highlight of my night. Amit helped me get the right squishyness and kindly added more stuffing in when I wanted him firmer. Perfect plush!
Visited Derby yesterday with my granddaughter to spend her Xmas money. She wanted to buy her baby brother a build a bear. The whole process was new to me but a lovely experience, staff were so friendly and engaging. Unfortunately the new born " Albie " had a slight accident salted caramel milkshake fell into his bag !! We returned to the shop to see if we could get a new carrier bag as it was a present. Claire I think was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond, we left with a new bag, certificate and one happy granddaughter. Thank you
Absolutely wonderful staff, they are always friendly and engaging. Today ALL systems were down but they were still lovely, they even managed to sort out us using vouchers 4 of them as it was a birthday trip with no till or Internet.

There are many children in this world who would love to build a bear at this fabulous shop, but for many, at these prices, it's a big disappointment. The staff are great and the bears are magnificent but price wise it's a joke to many
Claire and Louise Princess are fabulous. I absolutely adored my first time building a bear. The excitement from Claire is amazing and definitely shows passion for what these lovely people do. Thank you so much the both of you, Pebble is gonna see great things with me!
