They were cowboys, and they swindled me. One of the men, manhandled the furniture to the point of vandalism, and he let the 'skinny bloke' do all the work. It was appalling, but I had to get the job done so there was no option. I am hiring a van myself this time round, as two years on I'm on the move again. DONT let them near your belongings !

If I could give this bunch of cowboys a minus 5 I would. First they dropped the furniture of the cart before they even got it to the van and damaged it, then they arrived a day late at the other end. I am sure they left our place with one adequate sized truck with tail lift but when they finally arrived they had downgraded to 2 tatty white vans with all our goods haphazzardly slung in the back, resulting in further damage.
