All the flowers were absolutely stunning, my husband said he can really appreciate the amount of work and time that went into the displays and all of our guests commented on how beautiful they all looked. I was so pleased with the flowers on the cake and the cake stand centrepieces for the tables. My bouquet was fabulous. I would recommend anyone to buy their flowers from Buddies. Gave some brief details of what we wanted but left the finer details to them. My mother-in-law loves them and commented ‘they are the best they’ve seen’"},{"text":"Would really not recommend purchasing flowers from this shop, especially if you are wanting them delivered. I paid £40 for a set of flowers to be delivered to a friend as a thank you gesture and the flowers had been left in my friends dirty bin without any bag/cover. The bin was dirty and my friend was unable to enjoy the flowers as it was obviously unhygienic. I called and complained to Jane and she agreed to send a replacement, but only if the first set was returned. The replacement bouquet was much smaller and I called to complain again to the manager and she told me the 1st bouquet that had been in the bin had been collected and re-sold in the shop to another customer! She said she couldn't help me any further and considering I spent £40, I though I would have at least got better customer service. All she could say is that there may have been a more expensive stem in the replacement set. I don't understand how they think this is acceptable, especially selling an unhygienic set of flowers from a dirty bin! Do not recommend at all."},{"text":"The one star is because they turned up, although with the wrong flowers and a bouquet that was falling to pieces. 18yrs ago and I will never forget my wedding day the photos are a constant reminder of the absolute horrendous flowers. My fianceè is made up. Also came with a lovely foil balloon for a reasonable price! Delivered on time. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend."},{"text":"I don't normally like to post bad reviews but on this occasion I feel that I must. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral and whilst the MAM display that I ordered was lovely the sheath that I ordered was embarrassing to say the least. It had no colour and looked half dead. This sheath was for my Mum to show her respects to my partners mum and it was a complete embarrassment. On phoning the shop my Mum was just given excuses. What a disgrace for such an occasion. I would never recommend this florist or use them again."},{"text":"I missed my Aunties 70th birthday and ordered her a bunch of flowers from Buddies for delivery the next day, however within 2-3 hours I received a call from my Auntie stating they had been delivered.
