I selected Buckstone roofing based on the overwhelming positive reviews and I'm happy that that I did. Buckstone roofing promptly set up an appointment for an estimate , the estimator arrived on time and listened to the issues we were having and quickly set to work investigating. They quickly found the problem and explained it to me,  two days later an estimate booklet with colour pictures with the areas to be repaired  and work plans was with me. The repair was scheduled for two days later and the crew showed up on time with the tools they needed and set about with the repair, totally self contained and professional!  I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Buckstone roofing I hope I don't have any future roofing issues but if I do I know who I will call!

My dad recently needed some repairs to his roof and I recommended Buckstone roofing as I knew he would get great customer service and at a resonable price. All I can say is that's what he got. The job was done efficiently and effectively. Staff were professional and on time and my dad felt he could rely on the job being doing without any questions or worries. Excellent service from start to finish.  After my initial call an appointment was quickly arranged for an assessment of the work.  Soon thereafter I received a quote and upon acceptance a date was arranged for the work to be carried out.  The workman turned up on time, knew what had to be done and set about their task in an unobtrusive and professional manner.  Their manager kept me informed throughout the duration of the work.  If there was an error they could look to develop it would be communication by email rather than paper / post.  I would recommend Buckstone roofing, also big thanks to Megan at the office great help!!

Buckstone Roofing did a marvellous job in laying a complete new roof system on one of my commercial properties.  Anyone looking to have a roof repaired or re installed should give them a call.  Professional Roofers in Edinburgh are really hard to find.  I recommend Buckstone Roofing highly.

I can not rate this company enough, had a out of hours emergency at my property during the bad weather in December, Called the emergency number within minutes of leaving a voicemail I was called back. A pleasant young man arrived at my property an hour later. My roof was repaired the next morning. Very professional and efficient work carried out. Thank you #5star
