I bought a beautiful Audi Q5 from Billy and sadly encountered a problem. The way in which Billy dealt with the situation was so wonderful, pragmatic and re-assuring. Had it all sorted without any fuss or bother. And a courtesy car thrown in for a good measure. Would recommend this dealership 100%.
Recently purchased a car from Buckinghams and had the best experience. Billy is so welcoming, very helpful but not pushy. He left us alone to look at the cars, then when we were ready to discuss the one we wanted, the whole buying process was easy, calm and we weren’t rushed. We were able to test drive the car and make sure we were happy with everything before going ahead. Throughout the process Billy and his team were excellent. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much Billy - I love my car.
Wasn’t able to go down and see the Audi A3 cabriolet as lived in the north and would have been rather difficult. Bill provided me with a comprehensive video and I looked up the recent MOT results both passes and failures and issues found with the car were rectified. Bill kept me advised throughout the process. A comprehensive 6 month warranty came as standard and the car was delivered free of charge. I have never before bought a car without inspecting it and test driving but the car was all I was told it would be and I love it.
I travelled 200 miles to veiw the car it was the best value on autotrader. Bill the dealer promised he would keep the car for me and give me first refusal and he did. The car was ready to test drive and Bill left me to look around and drive. He is very knowledge guy everything he said was correct. When i picked the car up a week later everything was smooth all the warranties and paperwork came quickly. Bill and Buckinghams is a trusted Dealer he rang me a week later to check everything was ok with the car good customer service. Thanks guys
Very friendly customer service with your best interests in mind and not pushy what so ever. Great choice of quality cars that have obviously been cared for by the previous owners. Highly recommended
Had work done on my car a couple of years ago, due to a faulty dpf which other garages failed to detect. Competitive price and very professional. However, recently required some technical help via online email regarding the location of an oil filter switch in my engine. Completely useless, would not help at all. Probably wanted to do the work themselves at cost. Very annoying when dealers keep technical advise to themselves or solely within the motor trade but are unwilling to pass on advice to private owners of vehicles. This is obviously deliberate so that individuals will be forced to take their vehicles into have them repaired.
As a treat for my wife, I was tasked with finding the perfect car for her. This came with its own problems as the car she wanted Audi A5 convertible was a rare car to find in the colour and spec she required. I found a few online but Buckingham VW AUDI had the perfect one. By perfect I mean, I could trust the car. Its condition was great and any questions I had could be answered very quickly and easily without any fluffing. I.E Service History, condition of leather. If they was no mention of a feature in the car description, it meant that the car didn't have it. very comprehensive descriptions. I spoke with Billy who must have been completely overrun given that he was one of the few working during Covid. Never the less he was a great representation of what I believe this company to stand for and is honest, to the point and doesn't unnecessarily try to oversell the vehicle. This means a pleasant buying experience overall with honest feedback and suggestions. I personally change cars multiple times a year and have experienced many car dealerships. This one I can honestly say I would return to without any hesitation.
I bought a pre-owned car from Bill a month ago. I want to share my experience so far. Buying car; the car was exactly the same as what Bill told on the phone. I tested the car and bought it. It had been a smooth process from the first minute. At that time, Bill gave me some advice about my previous car as well, which he does not need to do, and helped me a lot. The first month; I was enjoying the car but after the first-month had a coolant leakage problem. I called the office. That moment was I noticed making the right choice of buying a vehicle from Buckingham vw -audi. They gave me an appointment and ordered the necessary replacement part from Germany. I needed the car at that time, and they offered me a temporary car if I am not feeling safe to drive it. They solve the problem in the second appointmentin 5 days. They have fantastic service, friendly team and environment. I advise them to all my friends without any hesitation and will be back again for my second car.
We recently had searched the country for a very hard to find Audi TT convertible in an extremely Rare limited edition colour. I spoke to one Audi dealership who said in the 6 years he'd worked there, not ONE of the cars we coveted had ever come through his doors!! Not so the case for Buckingham VW Audi dealership!! Let alone, to have such a low milage, pristine, perfect example!!! We travelled from Rutland to Woking to look at the car. We dealt with Dean. Who was absolutely amazing! Warm, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with .So much so, that within half an hour. We had paid a very reasonable deposit!! That's how impressed we where with Dean and his colleagues!! We where told we would have to wait two weeks. As the convertible roof wasn't up to Thier highly exacting standards. We where even given a choice of what colour roof we would like as a replacement. In this time. We had constant phone calls and emails, from Dean and his colleagues, keeping us informed and constantly up to date on the pogress of our new car. Which was hugely reassuring. The car was then ready 5 days earlier than expected!! Along side fitting a new convertible roof, they did a full mot and service. To say we where thrilled with the service is an enormous understatement!! We where given a 12 month warranty on the car. And told that because of how far away we lived .we could go to another garage closer to home for any reason we may need to . Which after owning the car for around a fortnight now, won't be necessary at all!! The car is like brand new! Inside and out! And it's 8 years old, honestly it looks brand new! So much so, we had countless comments from people at petrol stations, on how much they like the car, random people praising the car. Unexpected admiration from total strangers!! We are absolutely thrilled with the car, it's faultless! We have done nearly 600 miles inside fortnight! Not because of travelling to work or alike. Because we both love the car so much, we are inventing trips, destinations and excuses to drive it at any chance we get!!! We can not say thank you enough to Dean and all his colleagues at Buckingham VW Audi! So impressed where we with the level of service and all round professionalism. We have decided that for any work or the servicing of the car we would rather travel two and a half hours to only use Buckingham VW Audi, than use any other garage/dealership! That's how impressed we are with the level or professionalism and standards of service. They have two customers for life!! We are actually look forward to the cars service in a year, to go back to deal with Dean and his colleagues again! And we I'll be buying more car's from there And only there!! We would like to thank Dean especially, as he made buying a car, easy, comfortable, reassuringly safe feeling and even pleasurable!!! How many people can say they found buying a car pleasurable!!??? So Dean and all at Buckingham VW Audi. Thank you!! We look forward to dealing with you again. And all our services and work will be with exclusively with you!!
I enjoyed the process of choosing and buying the car. No heavy sales pitches just left alone to explore the varied stock. Freedom to test drive as well as good info re the cars and their history. I'll definitely be looking there again in a few years time
