Drs and nurses are great but the receptionist I spoke to on the phone is rude and patronising to say the least

People are quick to grumble and slow to praise.nI can not praise Katherine physiotherapist enough. I was brushed off by newton abbot hospital with what I presented to them.nKatherine on the other hand, listened to what I said, did a much more in depth check on what I was dealing with, and then went above and beyond when I had an appointment with her.nKatherine is a credit to this medical centre and the NHS

The doctors are absolutely clueless, pointless appointments and I'm pretty sure their degrees came from a kellogs box

Everyone is very committed to patient welfare in my experience, they try to be kind, even when people are occasionally quite rude and unpleasant. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, and I find it a really pleasant and patient focused practice.

I think this is a pretty good surgery. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, any nurses we've seen have been knowledgeable and kind.  The regular GPs are great not that I attend the surgery very often. The telephone appointments are OK but I'm still not sure about them. I was appalled to see, from the poster in the surgery, how many appointments are missed. Such a dreadful waste of a treasured and valuable service.
