Scratched my car all over, bad customer service. Won't go again!

I don't if there's owt in the water or not but I've either had brilliant customer service or really bad customer service recently. I went to Bubbles and Squeak on Leeds Rd to have TB2 washed, which I've done almost every week since I've had her. Every week I pay £10 and for the most part get a good service but today I was refused a receipt because they were 'too busy' and said could I come back on Monday? What an diabolical way to treat a customer, it would have taken the old bloke (who I think is the owner) all of a minute or two to write out a receipt but he just couldn't be bothered. Do you know what? I'm not sure I can be bothered going back to Bubbles & Squeak :-(
