I have just come off the phone to the number BT give you on the letter to pay your bill, just to be told after (half hour waiting time) that because you are BT iCloud you are in the wrong department then a further (half hour waiting time) to be told you have come to the wrong department yet again. this has happened on numerous occasions, and have just been CUT OFF IN THE BUSINESS !!!! AFTER THEY TOLD ME ONLY LAST WEEK THAT THEY WOULD HOLD THE ACCOUNT UNTIL IT IS SORTED. This is a business account and Im now told I have overpaid FOR A WHOLE YEAR. I am furious with the lack of service I'm getting, and iCloud is the worst choice I ever made . BEWARE...
