I have just visited the Blas Restaurant at Bryn Meadows this evening. The staff and service was professional and the food was excellent. My problem was with the male toilet just off the main entrance. The entry door was dirty with grime that looked unhygienic and the room smelled of urine which was totally unacceptable. This was such a let down and surprised me given that everything else was of a high standard. Come on Bryn Meadows do something to improve this toilet as it affecting your normally high standards.

Went to an evening weddibg party here in the marquee part of bryn meadows. Was lovely apart from the fact that the women's loos had no water at all for the first two times I used them! No flush, no water in the taps nothing at all. The lovely cleaning lady said that is was because of a new system....

Spent a lovely evening here with my wife and 2 other couples in their new spacious, modern and comfortable Fairway Suite. Fabulous, fun entertainment, an excellent 3 course meal with an extensive selection of quality wines and beers.

Booked for 3 course meal and to see Santa. 1. Food was awful, Roasties were like rocks, Cabbage was like cardboard and service was pretty poor. Very disappointed! 2. We visited 2 years ago and Santa was in a grotto and it was a really lovely set up. Not too sure what happened this year but it seemed like it was thrown together, Santa may as well of been put outside in the snow. Very disappointed. Santa was good, you guys let him and my children down! Seems like the standard has dropped massively

booked sunday lunch for seven for my mams 80th, i had prawnless cocktail my son had pate and dry bread, the soup was all over the plates and the bread came when the soup was finished. then there was no salmon so hake was offered so three had hake. four of us had lamb when it came there was salmon , and the lamb was cold, so all back to the kitchen including the veg. here it comes back all new dinners swimming in gravy. pity its such a nice setting .so don't waste your money try the coal hole for a tenner each for three courses, and cheaper beer
