I go in the shop to pick up last minute items. Went in today to pick up crisps, bread and rolls. For the third time I was overcharged. I typically pay by card and contactless. This leaves less chance to query how much you are paying for items. I asked why my small crop of shopping cost cost more than I expected. To be told that the shop lady had charged me for five packets of crisps when there was only four in front of her. That's every time Ive been in recently that I have been overcharged.

very Rude expect to be charged for things you dont have or things to be rung through more than what you are buying, 9 times out of 10 they are on their phone and rudely stay on it making you feel like you are in the way! And expect a very rude reception if you only need electric.
