Very clean undergoing a refurbishment but it didn't interfere with the stay. The small room is perfect for 1 night lots of towels iron and board and hair dryer. Great location would stay again

Nice place for a drink and a bite to eat. Clean and quick service. Small place but they use it well. Also have small underground private night club function room for hire. Nice small venue for birthdays and private functions. Trendy place in the heart of the merchant city.

This hotel is central and good location for merchant city. Receptionists friendly.... however....place needs some investment. Rooms are small and desperately need new quality beds in them... Curtains need a good wash or replaced... shower unit and ceiling needs looked at....take earplugs as the noise on a Saturday night is thumping music and general noise of revellers outside. These factors are I guess reflected in price.

Booked the penthouse suite and was told that it might be going under renovation but should still be available either on the date I booked or after in July. When I called up today I spoke to a lady called Ellen who sounded like she had great pleasure in telling me it wouldn’t be available with not much more info or help. She also cut me off mid sentence in my opening question when I asked about the booking. I then asked for help on anywhere like it nearby to try out instead and she bluntly said she didn’t know anywhere. Phone manners would be nice, this is all a customer can ask for.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay for a night. Could be doing with some refurbishment and the bed wasn't the comfiest (room 101). Staff were lovely.
